HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
1-1 IN-PERSON (GYM OR IN-HOME)
With 1-1 In-person training, I offer 30 or 60 min sessions in a gym or in-home setting.
Your first session will consist of a musculoskeletal and movement screen that will help me design the program that is best fit for you and your goals.
I train clients out of two gyms in the Oakmont/Fox Chapel /Harmarville area around Pittsburgh, PA.
If you prefer in-home sessions, then I will design a workout around available equipment you already own, or will bring equipment with me to your session.
** In-home sessions are very dependent on my schedule, the closer you are to the Oakmont/Fox Chapel/ Harmarville area the more accommodating I can be. **

For those who live remotely, travel for work, have exercise experience, and feel comfortable working out on their own, online training can be a great way to help you achieve your goals. Using the TrueCoach app, you can log in to your account and follow a program made specifically for you.
Each day will guide you to your goal, whether you are following your strength program and entering your results, with exercise videos to guide you along the way, getting your heartrate up with a conditioning workout, or just marking a well-needed rest day as complete.
You can track metrics such as bodyweight, calories, strength in various exercises, resting heart rate, water intake, etc.... the list goes on an on, (whatever is important to you!) to keep you motivated while seeing progress.
Even though I am not with you in person, I am just a few clicks away to answer any questions through the built-in messenger app. You can send me videos to critique your form on exercises, send me a picture of your completed workout results, or show off your healthy, delicious dinner you made that night.
No matter where life is sending you, or life is too busy to meet up for a scheduled appointment, your workout and coach will always be with you in the palm of your hand.

Hybrid training is the best of both worlds (In-person and Online) smashed together. I will meet with you for at least one in-person session every 1-4 weeks and you perform all of your other workouts on your own via the online system using the True Coach app.
This provides you with great in-person instruction to implement and guide you as you continue working out on your own. It also provides an invaluable opportunity to go over new movements before you try them on your own, work on movements that need improvement, and do follow up assessments to rate progress.

Whether your goal is fat loss, building mass, or just learning to eat a more balanced diet, nutritional counseling can help you reach your goals faster. We will meet one time a week in person or via FaceTime
** Nutritional Counseling is an "add-on" to any training program above, meaning there is an extra cost for it. You can also drop the Nutritional Counseling "add-on" at anytime. **
The Monthly Membership is a great option for those who want a professionally built workout program without the cost of a personal trainer. Every 4 weeks you will receive access to new workouts to choose from through the TrueCoach app. Workouts will include video demonstration and allow you the ability to track your workouts for the duration of the four weeks.
